Rooted in timeless scholarly tradition, this design pairs rich burgundy leather-bound volumes with gleaming gold tooling and a delicate white quill poised above a deep blue inkwell. In the open-book design, fanned pages are framed by deep forest-green laurel and gilded leaves, while the stacked-books version keeps the story compact and crisp. On crisp ivory linen, the embroidery reads like a gilded bookplate — warm crimson, antique gold, and dark botanical greens worked in fine, dimensional stitching.

Bring quiet elegance to a graduation gathering, a literary-themed dinner party, or a hostess table where stories are the main course. This embroidered table decor turns an ordinary place setting into a love letter to readers and writers — a lovely way to honor a couple who collects books or dress a hostess gift with old-world charm. Paired with candles, glassware, and other luxury home accents, it anchors the table with understated, bookish sophistication.

  • Soft, premium linen canvas with a clean, tailored finish
  • High-definition machine embroidery that holds up to washing
  • Available in two complementary designs — open book with laurel, or stacked books with quill
  • Timeless burgundy, gold, and green palette that layers beautifully with neutral table linens

Care Instructions

Our napkins are made from 100% linen and feature delicate embroidery, crafted to bring timeless charm to your table. To preserve their beauty and longevity, we recommend the following care:

Wash gently in the machine at 40°C / 104°F using a mild cycle.

To maintain the natural texture and softness of linen, it is best to tumble dry at a low temperature.

Do not use chlorine bleach, as it can damage both the fabric and the embroidery threads.

If needed, iron on the reverse side while the napkin is slightly damp. This helps preserve the embroidery and smooth out the fabric without excessive heat.

With proper care, your linen napkins will remain elegant and soft for years to come.
