Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Kyiv, Ukraine, and offer worldwide delivery.

Processing Time

As all our items are made to order, please allow 6–10 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Methods

We use Nova Poshta Global and a range of international carriers through consolidated logistics, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
The specific carrier used depends on the destination and package size/weight.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks to most destinations, including Europe and the United States.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the region and customs processing.

Express Shipping

If you need express shipping, simply leave a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to arrange it for you. The exact method will depend on your location and order details.

Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number.
In some cases (especially with consolidated shipping), the tracking may only become active once the parcel reaches the destination country (e.g., the U.S.). If you need more detailed tracking earlier, just contact us — we’ll be happy to provide available logistics updates.

Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible with details.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus at this time.
